I started crying while sorting through their photos. I really did. Not a sad cry, but an oh so happy cry! Tyler and Holly look at each other with such adoration that my heart just couldn’t take it! Tears started streaming down my face! They are a beautiful couple on the inside and out.
I first met Holly many years ago when she was the maid of honor for my sweet bride, Alex. I immediately loved her then and I love her even more now that I’ve gotten to know her over the years. I was SO very excited when she told me she was engaged! Then, a few months later when I got to meet Tyler at their engagement session, my excitement and happiness for Holly just grew. Tyler is the real deal. He’s a perfect fit for sweet Holly!
The wedding was this past Saturday on a warm, sunshiney day at Creekside Plantation. Yes, maybe warm is an understatement, but you would never know how warm it really was by the pleasant, smiling faces Holly and Tyler had all day long! Man, these two are legit troopers and dream clients! I know they were hot, but they just embraced it and enjoyed their day loving on each other, celebrating with their family and friends.
Tyler and Holly’s ceremony took place in the side yard at Creekside and, believe it or not, it was the first time we’ve done a wedding at Creekside in that location! We’re always shooting ceremonies in front of the house (which is always gorgeous)… but I have to say that the side yard might be my new favorite! I loved the trees surrounding the altar and the stunning fabric and floral draping cascading down from the tree branches. It took my breath away! Kris Clark Designs, you have outdone yourself!
Speaking of Tyler and Holly’s fabulous event coordinator/florist/draping extraordinaire, I have to mention that when I saw Holly’s vendor list, I got just a tiny bit (ok VERY) excited! Tyler and Holly had such a spectacular team of vendors supporting them that I knew it was going to be a phenomenal day… and it was!!
Tyler and Holly, I love you guys so very much! You make me smile (and cry, apparently;-). I love your love for each other, your genuine kindness, and your excitement about life. It was such a delight to photograph your wedding day for you. I hope you are having the time of your lives in Bora Bora (anyone else as jealous as I am???). How about a few more photo previews? Enjoy a few of my favorites from your day!
